Coaching

Health Coaching & EFT Tapping sessions are conducted on Zoom with studio owner, Cherie Stolz. In 2023 she became a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner with EFT International and a certified Reiki practitioner. For more information on coaching services, please email cherie@santepilates.com.

Client Rave:

“Using EFT, Cherie was able to help me connect to subconscious beliefs and memories that I hadn’t been able to access before and were critical to understanding myself better and to healing old wounds. She is professional, nonjudgmental, open hearted and relatable. She was a neutral guide of EFT which allowed my inner self to reveal what it needed to and didn’t push me in any certain direction.” Jane
